HAMR Surround

Not only does Alpine’s patented High Amplitude Multi-Roll (HAMR) surround maintain full control over the cone at any stage of excursion for high SPL. It’s ability to far exceed the maximum linear excursion of regular domed surround allows for beautifully pure sound and punchy bass.

Large Magnet Structure

The large strontium magnets housed on the back of M-Series speakers mean business. With large voice coils and Alpine’s patented HAMR Surround, they work together to enhance cone excursion and driver force, delivering louder and punchier bass.

PP Woofer Cone

The polypropylene (PP) woofer cone is light weight and provides excellent audio response with excellent power efficiency. This makes the SPU-690 the perfect solution for those who desire great sounding audio without the expense and complication of a high-power system.

M-Series Grilles Included

Designed to maintain sound clarity while adding a clean style for those running exposed speakers, the included M-Series grilles help to reduce the risk of damage in both everyday use and more demanding environments.

Complete System Family

Embrace the essence of a complete system family when paired with the PWE-M770 and DM-65C. The PWE-M770 and DM-65C ensure crystal-clear sound reproduction and versatile playback options, creating a well-rounded audio experience. For precision in power management and speaker control, integrate the PXE-M60-4, a powerful pint-sized amplifier. This combination not only delivers rich bass response but also allows for extensive control and connectivity to your entire audio system, ensuring every component works in perfect harmony.
